Privacy Policy
A plain explanation of how we handle your information, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Updated: 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
AIOSAASS SOLUTIONS, Business Registration No. BN-93S95D7B, operating AIOSAASS Digital, is responsible for your information (the "data controller"). Contact: aiosaass.business@gmail.com.
What we collect
- This website has no accounts, advertising cookies or tracking tools.
- If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive your message and your phone number or email address.
- If you use the order page, the name and phone number you type are used only to build a WhatsApp message to us, and the tick you give for these terms and this policy is included in that message. The page does not send them to any server and does not store them. We receive them only when you send that message.
- If you become a client, we may keep your business name, contact details, order details and payment records (such as your M-Pesa confirmation code).
Why we use it, and our basis for doing so
We use your details only to reply to you, process your order, provide the services you ask for, receive payment and meet legal duties. Our basis is your consent (which you give when you tick the box at checkout or message us) and what we need to do to carry out your order. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for mass marketing.
Is giving us your details your choice?
Yes. Giving us your details is your choice. But we cannot reply to you or process an order without your name and a phone number or email address. If you prefer not to give them, you can still read this website.
Who else may see it
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Google (email) handle the messages you send us through their services.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data, such as your IP address, for security.
- Safaricom M-Pesa processes your payments.
Data sent outside Kenya
WhatsApp, Google and Cloudflare may process or store your information on servers outside Kenya. We use them because we need them to talk to you, send email and run this website. We send them only what is needed, and these companies apply their own security and data protection terms. By messaging us or placing an order, you consent to this.
How long we keep it
- Order messages: 12 months, then we delete them.
- Client business records (such as invoices and payment records): as long as tax law requires, then we delete them.
- This website itself stores nothing about you on our side.
How we keep it safe
We keep client information in that client's own folder, we do not share it or upload it anywhere else, and we limit access to AIOSAASS SOLUTIONS. We protect it from loss and from people who should not see it.
Your rights, and how to use them
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to aiosaass.business@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days.
If you withdraw your consent, we stop using your information for that purpose and delete it, unless the law says we must keep it. If you withdraw while an order is in progress, we may not be able to finish it.
If you feel your rights were not respected, you may complain to Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC): odpc.go.ke.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It remembers your language and light or dark choice in your own browser only, and it remembers for the length of your visit that an animation has already played. Nothing is sent to us. The fonts are stored on our own site, so nothing is loaded from other companies for fonts.
